Low Testosterone Symptoms and Treatments

Male Testosterone levels are deteriorating decade on decade. Whether that's down to undertaking less manual work than ever before? I don't know.
Maybe it's gender bending chemicals in the water or whatever our plastic food and drinks bottles are constructed from ? The fact remains that increasing numbers of men especially at a younger age are now suffering from the Symptoms of Low Testosterone commonly referred to as Low T.
This website aims to help guys understand exactly what is happening to them, what to expect from Testosterone Replacement Therapy and help them to decide whether TRT is for them. Testosterone Therapy is normally either injected into the body on a fairly regular basis (Normally once a week or once every 2-3 weeks). Or a cream/ gel that has to be applied daily.
Guys, let's not kid ourselves eh? If you haven't been doing your research then let me tell you this now. Testosterone Replacement used in the right circumstances can be an absolute life changing experience. HOWEVER, MORE IMPORTANTLY if you are starting out on TRT for the wrong reason... i.e maybe an anti ageing quack is trying to sell you a lifelong commitment to TRT, think again folks and get that second opinion.
TRT CAN bring about more problems than it's attempting to resolve.
You MUST understand that tampering with any part of the human endocrine system that relies upon Hormone balance and feedback loops will require regular monitoring by a health professional.
Low Testosterone can be caused by aging, obesity, medications, Injury or damage to the Testes, Chemo or Radiotherapy, Taking AAS (Anabolic Steroids), Infection, Inflammation, Pituitary Tumours and Head Injuries.
The most critical thing to understand is:
What is causing the Low Testosterone before undertaking ANY Treatment
To diagnose the cause and to help find a solution you will have to have some blood tests carried out, dependant upon the outcome of the tests you may require further scans perhaps a CT imaging scan or an MRI normally used when a pituitary tumour is suspected (Or a damaged Pituitary Gland. i.e Empty Sella Syndrome)
Some conditions are easily rectified and a return to full on Manliness can be resumed.... Unfortunately, sometimes it cannot.
In fact, sometimes the medical world will use the term 'ideopathic' which just means that they don't know what the problem is.
Once they have worked out the problem and perhaps discover that you are unfortunate enough to require Testosterone Replacement to supplement your body to normal T levels. Then you will need to have a discussion with your Doctor about which TRT protocol is right for your lifestyle.
